Haven't posted much Dubstep up of late. Basically, cus there's not much out there worth talking about or listening to, never mind posting up. I knew the scene would die as soon as it came about, like every other really. As soon as you start selling it to the masses (*&^?@!magneticman?&*!......ahem.) it loses any credibility. It lost its originality a while back....

Ive been looking for an excuse to post this up for what seems like months. I know Martin Solveig isnt exactly the edgy-est of dj's, but i love so many of his tracks. And judging by the amount of remixes every release gets, i'm far from alone.

Firstly, i don't just not like the original Plan b track, i hate it, i really hate it. But this remix fixes it. Netsky isnt exactly breaking any walls down here, despite the hype, he's just damn good at making DnB.

Yeah, but, no. Cassius has obviously returned with ' I 3 U So', which is a great track and a big remix is expected soon. I like the original, but i feel a big dubstep producer grabbing holding of it would blast it more into the mainstream.
For now, i've already posted a nice Reset! remix of 'Youth, Speed, Trouble, Cigarettes' (have a look round for it) but i found this a few days back. Doesn't do much with it, but good all the same and will do to precede the enivitable 'i love u so' remix.

Finally got some visual things to go with Bag Raiders pre-album single release. The track itself def has some 'Cut Copy' feel about it (everyones gonna say that, but its true) and fits into that australian synthy-electro style that should be a genre, if it isnt already.
Anyways, its good and the album, which i'm sure will include some 'heavier' tracks, will be a must.

I really like this tune though. Like i said, i don't know anything about Gamble and Burke or Phrenzy, but this probably the best of the remixes going. And that's saying something, considering Grum and Hot Pink Delorean both have great remixes to go with.
All i know is they're signed to Kitsune and this track sounds a lot like Chromeo (and i kinda thought it was all a joke to start with but anyway), its far from a bad thing. So i guess we can expect more goodness to come (incidentally, waiting on their collab with aeroplane, which sounds big...)

I dont pretend to know much about Dj Mujava, there's been nothing since this. But i like the track. Which is enough.

But i cringe at Will.i.am and David guetta's involvement. Its made a half decent track into a ridiculous patronising, hypocritical, condescending, prentious piece of crap, that only re-inforces the differences between 'the west' and african nations. It happens all the time, so i shouldnt be surprised. But will.i.am singing 'we all struggling' just makes me throw up a little in my mouth. I guess he means well....i guess.... I mean, im sure he's is struggling. Its really hard to look after that much money. To decide which yacht to buy, what supercar to take out the garage. Do solid gold taps look tacky? granted, its a tough decision. Its not as if he's selling out and putting his name to any piece of crap that will chart well....... oh, wait.
