Choose GRUM!!!!

Grum really has to be one of the hottest UK dj/producers out there right now. He can do no wrong. Great live sets, great album (out now) and he continues to role out the great remixes.

One of the first tracks of his i heard was his Passion Pit remix and now he's tackled another, which dare i say, is better still. I do dare, in fact, i dare to say, its flippin awesome!

And yet more, he's remixed the new wombats single, which i already liked, but now has a bit more discoey goodness to it. So once again people, its GRUM!

Ive been looking for an excuse to post this up for what seems like months. I know Martin Solveig isnt exactly the edgy-est of dj's, but i love so many of his tracks. And judging by the amount of remixes every release gets, i'm far from alone.

The great little video that previewed the track ages ago has now been cut down for the single release. Hopefully this will get as much airplay over here as it does on the continent.....

Martin Solveig Ft. Dragonette - Hello (Sidney Samson remix)

Its Friday! Again! So why not a couple of big dance tracks for yous....

Firstly, i don't just not like the original Plan b track, i hate it, i really hate it. But this remix fixes it. Netsky isnt exactly breaking any walls down here, despite the hype, he's just damn good at making DnB.

Plan B - The Recluse (Netsky remix)

And this hUge tune from Herve. Again, its pretty standard, by his, uh, standards. Piano's with a heavy drop, that's his same old style, thats Herve. But its still so damn good, so yh, this is Herve.....boom.

Malachai - Snowflake (Herve remix)

I dont post a lot of indie/rock/electronica stuff anymore. Dance music has taken up much of what i listen to and post, but it still holds it place.

Here's a new band that landed in my inbox. I could give you all the blurb, but it would be easier to make your own mind up by listening to this track and going to their website.

Wild Party - Take My Advice
(soon to be touring the uk with the wombats)

Tis friday, so i guess it calls for some kind of heaviness in the form of dance music. Here's some!

Mohombi - Bumpy Ride (Chuckie remix)
*didnt actually know chuckie could go this heavy

Bart B More - Brap

(oh and check the herve vid below. Annoyed me for ages at Bestival, heard it a few times but only found out what it was afterwards. Big tune!)

Q.

Yep, i'm in the middle. EOTS tribute costume, except, shinier.

Q.
I'm off to Bestival for a few days, so no updates or posts for a bit. I'll leave you with this....

Grum - Through The Night (Grum Club Mix)

More from Dolby Anol.

There's a nice spacey disco, not chillwave...... remix of this from Edwin Van Cleef going around, go see (Stoney Roads).

This is a slightly more up tempo and definitely more electro version. Dolby Anol keep making some nice stuff and it'll only be a matter of time before they make that one big tune, that takes them onto every bloggers playlist. Keep watching...

Funkstar De Luxe - Do You Feel (Dolby Anol Remix)

Q.
CASSIUS!

Yeah, but, no. Cassius has obviously returned with ' I 3 U So', which is a great track and a big remix is expected soon. I like the original, but i feel a big dubstep producer grabbing holding of it would blast it more into the mainstream.

For now, i've already posted a nice Reset! remix of 'Youth, Speed, Trouble, Cigarettes' (have a look round for it) but i found this a few days back. Doesn't do much with it, but good all the same and will do to precede the enivitable 'i love u so' remix.

Cassius - The Sound Of Violence (Rooty Remix)
